This study aims to see a picture of pediatric hospitalization at Harapan Sehat Hospital throughout 2022. This research is descriptive using medical record data in the hospital SIMRS application. It was found that female patients and the age range between 3 - 18 years were the most common. Likewise, typhoid fever cases are the most common diagnoses. This research is very useful to be one of the foundations of future National Health policies in Indonesia, especially in West Aceh. PMB Sarfina as place health services where the reach of this clinic business is expected to become wider with the implementation of innovation, digitalization and participation in the prevention of SEZ through technology in the service process health. Research methods This is study observational analytical with a cross sectional design. Participants are prospective brides, pregnant women and postpartum mothers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Retrieval and collection of research data was carried out using the probability purposive sampling method. A total of 82 participants took part in study This. This research was conducted at the PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring clinic in November-December 2023. Results &amp; Conclusions are available influence participation, innovation, technology in reducing CED in prospective brides and grooms, pregnant women, and anticipating the problem of malnutrition in postpartum mothers. The study objective is to identify the effect of preceptorship training on new nurses adaptation during orientation. The research method is Pre-Experimental design in one group pretest-posttest without control and 37 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The result showed that pretest scoring of preceptorship training that majority PPA was poor and majorty PS, SC, and CCDTI were fair. While the posttest scoring of preceptorship training was increased significantly as followed: majority PPA was good (70.3%), majorty PS was good (67.6%), majority SC was good (59.5%), and majority CCDTI was good (83.8%) and a meaningful effect with p-value 0.000 (? &lt;0.05). It can be concluded that there was a meaningful effect of Preceptorship Training on New Nurse’s Adaptation During Orientation. Optimal preceptorship will build interpersonal relationships between new and senior nurses, good communication, create a conducive work environment, reduce stress that can reduce the tendency to quit in the middle of the orientation period. When faced with a couple breakup, it is common to experience disappointment. by using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. <strong>Objective</strong>: to analyze the influence of lavender flower aromatherapy; humidifier on the anxious scale of pre-mastectomy patients. <strong>Method</strong>: pre-experimental design with one group pre and post-test without control.&nbsp; Before the treatment, the patient's anxiety level is first controlled, then given inhalation of lavender flowers through a humedifier with 15 drops of lavender oil in 150 ml of water and evaporated for 15 minutes.&nbsp; Then the patient's anxiety level is measured again. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed range test. <strong>Result</strong>: using Wilcoxon signed range test analysis recorded with p-value 0.001 (&lt;0.05). <strong>Conclusion</strong>: there is a significant effect of inhalation of lavender flower humidifier to reduce anxiety levels of pre-masctectomy patients. <strong>Suggestions</strong>, the results of this study can be done where all pre-mastectomy patients, first given inhalation of lavender flower humidifier and should be done research for other types of preoperative surgery.</p> 2024-04-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Kesehatan LLDikti Wilayah 1 (JUKES)
